Refund Policy

Our service is creative and custom-made, so full refunds may not apply once work has started. We will make sure every effort is taken to give you the best experience possible with A Hit Is A Hit. After you place your order you will have up until the work begins to request an order cancelation and a refund. Be sure to let us know if the cancelation is due to one of our employees.

Refunds are possible under specific conditions, for example:

• If no work has been started yet.

• If A Hit Is A Hit cannot complete the project for any reason.

• If you cancel within a set time frame, let's say before any work begins even though time was spent in prep.

• Once the final remix is delivered (and revisions are done), payments are non-refundable. But please let us know if there are any issues, we'll fix them.

• Refunds outside these conditions will be considered at our discretion.
